My family, colleagues, and I have been regular customers of this restaurant for a long time. The service is usually very good, and we enjoy ordering and visiting. However, we have noticed that the lady at the cashier is consistently rude, even when speaking over the phone while we are placing orders.
I understand that she has been working there for many years, but she really needs training on how to speak to customers respectfully. It seems she lacks proper customer service skills and does not know how to assist clients in a polite manner. If training is not possible, she should be replaced with someone who is more professional and educated in customer service.
You might say that she handles many clients on WhatsApp, but this is not a valid excuse. Many people in different fields communicate with 50–60 clients at the same time, yet they still maintain polite and respectful communication.
