They are already an eyesore, every time you drive past them on the Preobrazhensky Bridge and see that the situation has not changed radically. Slow-moving construction... it is not even funny anymore, it will soon be 20 years since this construction began, since 2004, when the capsule was laid. But of course, from the point of view of an open technological facility with a gorgeous view, this place is certainly interesting. But it would be better to have a separate observation deck... although it would take just as long to build."
