Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Mystetskyi Arsenal for its grand historic architecture and the quality of its diverse exhibitions, often finding the admission price to be very reasonable. The vast space offers a unique atmosphere, though some note it can feel like an old factory. Its convenient location and helpful staff are also frequently highlighted.

"This massive cultural center's brick arches echo with sounds from different exhibits blending unexpectedly. The lighting system highlights specific architectural details at set times. Security guards know all the best vantage points for viewing the space."

Arman Khachatryan

"Very detailed exhibition. Currently showing everything about the history of Crimea.

Overall very satisfied. Took over an hour to go through and the price for admission was very inexpensive"

Stanley Pain

"I was there on the cold winter morning for several hours and went through the Revolutionize! exhibition, which was on display at that time. The exhibition was fine, done with taste and feeling. The staff was helpful and unobtrusive, there were other visitors, but they seemed thinly spread over the great expanse of the museum.
Arsenal itself is very big and imposing. It's 19th century interiors curiously mesh with 21th century artefacts, but it's still hard to get rid of the feeling you are in the abandoned factory.
It's very easy to get there - many buses end on the Lavra bus stop, and it's not far from Arsenalna metro station if you don't mind 10 minutes walk."
