"The facility is located in a very prestine location. Ideally, one should be able to sleep in while also enjoying a good sense of security. The bedding isn't ideal. The bed cover would be perfect for very cold climates and not a tropical country. Between the extreme hotness at night and the non functioning air conditioner, one wishes they'd just stayed at home. The room cleaners are substandard because you have to wear sandals or socks indoors not to trap dirt under your feet. My most atrocious experience is when you have to be woken up every morning by the cleaners in the garden who choose to play loud music from their little phones. The owner of this place once had a gem. The cleaners are very inconsiderate with their conduct that directly affects customers. The cell phone music early in the morning is my deal breaker. Won't be visiting again."
