"I don’t want to even give them a star,my family have a Black Sea week starting from kastamonu Frends they told me you must see the Sinop so we dice it to stay night we paid 1 hour ago so we don’t waste time,also l have Hilton member ship any where l go l can stay 2 kings bad 110 $ , when we stop the hotel doesn’t show the map my wife made it reservation and paid front 1 hour we look to get in no parking finally we get in front girl star tell us my sons is 1 years old l said he’s 15 She started fight with me and I say my wife she made the reservation. She choose one child to adult. She didn’t choose age anyway she say they have one queen bed. She has to charge us another fees, which is we pay 4400 Turkish lira I say you guys robbing the people I don’t wanna stay cancel my reservation she said I can you have to call call center I said OK we just left before I left. She said good luck with the Hilton you stay we’ll see you can stay like playing with me. I don’t need to prove anything especially people like them and you can search my name and you can see it how long I’m doing business and what I have that’s another mean so finally we call next day and they call them and she keeps still playing the game to don’t wanna refine our money but the same days and a half hours later we find another hotel one king and two single beds and 3000 liras next street behind him and we don’t have any issue, then remove and Samsun and Ordu we don’t have any problem anywhere except that girls she messed up our trip but anyway the people like her even she doesn’t want to give her name anyway this is not a business. I don’t know who owned the hotel or Motel or they do the purpose to rob the people and that’s why many tourist they decide to go to different country. It’s a shame as a businessman and also I’m in a business since I’m a 13 years old some people has to teach people like them to have they have to make the business. Also I have to teach them how they deal with the customers shame on them. I called my bank and I did my site. They will never gonna take any penny in my bank shame on the girls. I hope somebody that can read it and do something about the house. This is not about the money. This is how they treat people and I can make a mistake. They can make a mistake. That’s OK. the problem is her unprofessional acting. Good luck for those peoples in business. I will never gonna stop anywhere near them and I have a business at the corner people they sell the knife a long time three generation and also I know the couple Business owner at the scene. I told him to I’m gonna tell everybody I wanna do everything with what I can do. That’s only I want just apology. OK we can work on either my fault or her fault or my wife falults we can fix it.."

"Such a small hotel and by the entrance you might think wrong, as soon as you enter the room and breakfast restaurant with amazing view... you understand!
For a stay in Sinop I absolutely say: BOOK THIS HOTEL... the breakfast every day is amazing... and I mean absolutely beautiful. They make you feel at home. 🥰
Spotless clean rooms, lovely small details, ideal location at the harbour, staff is great, beds sleep great. Rooms are small but you dont need more anyways and the breakfast and bed will make you forget!"
