"This was supposed to be a relaxing holiday, but it turned into a big disappointment. The sea was shockingly dirty — we have never seen so many strange and unpleasant things in the water: plastic bottles, bags, cigarette butts, and even toilet paper floating around. It was impossible to enjoy swimming, which is the main reason people come here. Shame on you, Turkey, for allowing such conditions at a beach promoted as a top holiday destination.
On top of that, the hotel service was far below standard. At check-in the floor in our room was wet and dangerous, and staff forgot to give us all-inclusive bracelets. When we came back to ask, they laughed at us. Staff in general were rude, spoke barely any English, and treated us with indifference, while being much more friendly with Russian tourists. The facilities are poorly maintained and unsafe.
We booked expecting quality and relaxation, but what we got was stress, disappointment, and the worst hospitality we have ever experienced. Definitely not recommended."
