What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Kalkan Old Town and Harbor are widely praised for their stunning beauty, charming streets, and vibrant harbor atmosphere. Visitors love the delicious food, especially fresh seafood, and the breathtaking views from rooftop restaurants. However, some guests have noted issues with noise from street music, thin curtains in some rooms, and the challenging terrain due to hills and steps.
"This hotel is blocks from the beach and right in the middle of everything so parking will be tough (but free).
The hotel has its own restaurant too and their breakfast was lovely.
Our room is on the first floor with a nice comfy bed, 2 end tables, nice-sized bathroom, and a closet wardrobe. The only thing is that the window has sheer covering so I had to grab one of the towels to make sure no one can peek into the window since we are two women down on the ground floor.
The owner was accommodating and helped us call a taxi to take us to Kaputas beach. I saw him grab a card from the driver and repeatedly explained what time we needed to be picked up. The cook lady is sweet and the waiters are also friendly.
It’s walking distance to everything so we do think that it is extremely valuable. Highly recommended!"

"2 cockroaches in the bathroom, toilets smelled like a swamp. No curtains so the room was lit from outside until very late and loud music from the bar outside."

"We stayed in the balcony room with a small sea view with my wife. It was such a wonderful stay. Friendly staff. Helpful. A super stunning breakfast included in the price. Highly recommend the Atom meze and Gavurdag salad. Very clean. The room had coffee and water too which was a nice little bonus. The road is busy but any road in the town will be. We loved it and have recommended it to our family!"
