"We recently hosted a large company retreat and chose to stay at the Galata Hotel MGallery. I could not have asked for a better experience running this event with the hotel and I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for an exceptional experience all around. From the early days of planning the event, the team was willing to work closely with me on all details of planning -- from rooms, meeting space, meals and catering, and many special requests.
We had a complicated set of logistics due to people flying in from all over the world. They didn't hesitate to support our every need both before and during the event. I had many requests and needs every single day we were there (over a week) and they were responsive, warm, welcoming, and helpful at every step.
The food & beverage team was fantastic -- we had many menu changes, dietary restrictions, and last-minute adjustments. The food was fantastic, let alone for "hotel food" - every meal I had was delicious and delivered with warm hospitality.
We also enjoyed the beautiful Turkish bath onsite which was a very special, once in a lifetime experience. The location could not be better -- everything was walkable and we got to and from the airport with no issues. The front desk staff was fantastic as I was running to and from the meeting with questions, requests, and changes. They were knowledgeable and helpful with my every need.
My room was extremely clean and comfortable and was a blessing to come home to after a long day of meetings. I got room service many times, always delivered promptly and professionally. We enjoyed the beautiful lobby and lobby bar for some fun and casual get togethers and the bar staff was extremely accommodating.
We made use of both of their two meeting rooms during our event -- both were perfect for our needs and provided a comfortable and efficient meeting space for our group. We enjoyed the beautiful adjoining courtyard and the incredible coffee break snacks. I've never eaten as well as I did at the Galata MGallery!
I only wish I had more time to enjoy outside of working. I would definitely return to this hotel for personal or professional needs. I can't say enough about the entire team -- one of the most helpful, welcoming, professional, and efficient teams I've worked with as a vendor relationship. I hope to see them again and highly recommend to anyone!"

I received all the adds on related to the membership status, in particular the upgrade in a quiet and comfortable Junior Suite. Location is very well centered for visits, walking along the sea etc...
The only point that could be improved regarding the standard for this kind of hotel would be the quality of the equipment/furnitures in the room. For the rest, I definitely recommend it!"
