"We bought tickets for 3 people to the play called Akide Şeker. We could not get in because of the discount. When we bought the ticket, there was a text about the reason for the discount. It did not appear when we bought it. As someone who loves theatre, we explained the situation but the behaviour of the people at the door was very disrespectful and arrogant. They were not helpful. I will never forget this situation that happened at the Büyükşehir Belediye Yıldız Kenter stage. We wanted to buy tickets again and were not helped in any way."
