Both quality and variety was just great. We loved the efforts put to decorate as per the theme days. Tunisian theme was the best.

We booked 2 rooms, one of them was next to garbage room and it smelled horrible for 2 days, till it was sorted.
House Keeping ⭐️⭐️
Could improve in a great deal. Bedding could be put better, sheets more tightly and neatly. Cleaning and hygiene could be consistent. Using wet dirty towels to make decorative stuff and making the bed wet, not really hygienic.
Entertainment ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Was awesome for 2 days. Friday night show and Saturday night show of bed of nails and fire was great. Sunday dull as no show. Monday, drag show was indeed dragging. Rest of days, singing and seeing drunk people dancing is not Entertainment. There is nothing to do around the resort or outside the resort. Hence, if there is just loud deafening music, it just makes the holiday more boring and unbearable. You will not have many repeat customers.
Also, the resort need to be SMOKING FREE outdoors as well. There are kids and pregnant women all over the resort and shameless smoking among kids continues, especially while watching evening shows. There should be designated smoking room and areas for smoking. Rest of the resort should be smoke free."

"Great hotel, great value. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. The management and all the teams really go the extra mile to give everyone the best experience. Food is just incredible with options for all. Rooms, pool area, bars and restaurants are all extremely clean. We came 19/05/25 - 26/05/25 weather was great with exception of one day of rain. The air con usually doesnt get switched on until June 1st but due the extreme heat the management switched this on earlier. The beach isn't great, but fine for a couple of hours, the fact the hotel has life guards and security on the beach is great.
