What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Djerba Aqua Resort offers a generally positive experience with friendly staff and good food variety, though some facilities are noted as dated and WiFi can be unreliable. Guests appreciate the beautiful grounds, beach access, and the fun of the aqua park, but advise caution regarding extra costs and potential maintenance issues.
"We upgraded our room when booking and were very pleased with ground floor spacious room with level access shower, overlooking the lovely garden.
Not always cleaned throughout, biyt clean towels daily.
Staff always friendly and helpful.
Reception and dining staff especially.
Main pool a bit too loud for us,but we found that the sister hotel Ceaser Thallasos much better for the pool and quiet.
Enjoyed the free visits to the aqua park."
Heather
"It's a good hotel overall, food good with wide variety. Service a bit hit n miss on reception bit good everywhere else. Rooms OK, basic but comfortable. Pretty good for Tunisia tbh. Pool area spotless and pool bar excellent."

"Just back from Djerba Tunisia Aqua Resort and had a brilliant time!
From the moment I arrived, I was really impressed. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the entrance is spacious, clean, and welcoming. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly – they really made me feel at home.
The rooms are big, tidy, and come with everything you need, including a safe. It’s a fantastic destination if you’re travelling solo, especially in the off-season – I met loads of other solo travellers and made some great friends.
Food-wise, it was excellent! There were several live cooking stations making fresh food to order, plenty of salads, and a wide variety of options to suit all dietary needs.
There are several pools on the resort to relax by, and the beach is just a short stroll away. Honestly, I had a great experience and would definitely return.
Just one tip – avoid buying excursions off-resort. Unfortunately, we got scammed, so it’s best to book directly through the hotel to be safe.
Highly recommend for a solo getaway!"
