"We used to visit KEDR Spa at least twice a week, but now we barely come (maybe once or twice a month), and it’s mainly because of the food.
The quality has noticeably declined. Sometimes the chicken isn’t properly cooked, the burgers no longer taste like they used to, and even some fruits have had a strange smell. I’m not sure what changed, but the kitchen really needs improvement.
A place like KEDR isn’t just about saunas and pools, people come to relax, socialize, work, and enjoy good food. The dining experience used to be a good reason for us to spend hours here, but now it has become a downside.
And it’s not just us who feel this way. Last time we were in the sauna, several other guests were talking about the same issue, they used to eat here and stay longer, but now they just have a quick drink and leave.
We hope the food can return to the level it once had, because everything else about KEDR Spa is still great (Love the staff)."

"I am scared of making this place too busy but it would be wrong, given how great it is, not to give the owner and team the kudos they deserve.
Excellently thought out range of experiences: Sauna, Steam room, Rain Room (excellent memories of the UK weather in there), cold and hot plunge pools but also colder and hotter plunges consent style outside near the swimming pool.
I had a 90 min massage and it was excellent, nice clean and relaxing room. The vibe is great, mostly people who have or are looking to increase taking care of themselves.
It can get a bit noisy from some customers, clearly recovery includes some Muay Thai tourists and a few hungover residents (impossible to vet or police this really) but the world is diverse and there is the option to book private facilities too.
Try not to go when I am there but otherwise I thoroughly recommend!"
