"I recently completed the SSI Instructor Training Course at ScubaNicks under Instructor Trainer Victoria.

This was a very intense two week course and Victoria executed it flawlessly. She knows the material backwards and forwards and presents it in such a way as to make it easy to learn and internalize. There were even a couple future instructors auditing the class and English was not their first language and though Victoria teaches the course in English these future candidates were still able to understand what she was teaching and will start the course with her in the coming month.

I also liked the facility itself, with a large, comfortable classroom with a big TV for all of the presentations (no old school white board teaching here!), proper storage and cleaning facilities for all their kit and several, very friendly cats and Nick's small dogs are always around and looking for some attention.

The owner Nick is also a genuinely good guy, he'll make you feel comfortable, out a smile on your face and have you laughing in no time. He even sat me down and spent a good amount of time explaining the working side of the industry to me and I really appreciated that as it helped me figure out where I should look for work and gave me realistic expectations.

Not even a week after this course I was able to find employment as a dive Instructor.
