The hotel provides excellent value for money, supported by a very well-organized customer service team, regular cleaning, and an impressive green and eco-friendly management system that really stands out. 🚿Its location is perfect — easy access to the main road, and just a short distance from Old Phuket Town and Central Phuket, making it ideal for both sightseeing and shopping. 🛍️If there’s one area for enhancement, it would be the breakfast, as there is no buffet and guests need to order from the menu. Expanding breakfast options in the future would make the stay even more perfect.

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at HOMA Hotel in Phuket with my family, including our young child, for four days, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The hotel is beautifully designed, with spacious, modern rooms that are perfect for families. Our room was not only immaculately clean but also thoughtfully arranged to accommodate our little ones. It felt like home away from home. The hotel’s amenities were great too especially the pool, which our child absolutely loved. There was also a wonderful kid's play area that kept our little one entertained for hours, giving us a chance to relax.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. One person who truly made our experience exceptional was Miss Nong. She was incredibly helpful, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and going out of her way to make us feel welcome.
Overall, HOMA Hotel in Phuket exceeded all our expectations, and I can't recommend it enough. It’s a fantastic place for families, and we’ll definitely be back!"
