"Great spot for food, drinks and souvenir shopping while in Patong. The locals are friendly and will barter on prices and make sure to shop around to get the best prices."

"The place is dead. Might have been lively at one time. Now, it is Just full of old and tired looking massage places. Very few shops open, and only a few restaurants. No food market. I feel bad for the vendors in here. They don't get any foot traffic. The centre street has a colourful tree and it had young guys sitting outside for massage. Might be for those wanting gay fun? Enjoy of you like that."

"This is a neat little area off the main road. There are plenty of shops around, but it can look kind of sketchy at some points. Although there are always people around and you basically have nothing to worry about, it just may seem that way. Lots of tiny store fronts, and a bunch of bars for the night life, it's easy to keep walking down each corridor to find something new."
