What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Sook Siam is praised for its stunningly designed, clean, and vibrant indoor market experience, offering a vast array of authentic Thai regional cuisines and unique souvenir options. While prices are higher than traditional street markets, visitors appreciate the comfort, variety, and immersive atmosphere. Some find it pricier than local markets for both food and souvenirs.
"This was a nice, exciting place to visit! There is a wide variety of food options which have been organized by different regions of country, and each region has their own regional cuisines as well. It is very convenient to see a wide range of mainstream, as well as regional food, in one spot. One thing I have to point out is the price of the food on the pricier side given the food street is located in the luxury mall. If you want to experience ethnic food without breaking your bank, then I will suggest you visit the local night market instead. Not only you will have the similar dining experience, but you can save a lot and spend it on other things like souvenirs.
Speaking of souvenirs, there are plenty of stores selling all types of souvenirs, making it a good place to spend a few hours browsing. Having said that, I will not recommend shopping for souvenirs are pricier side given the location. If you want to enjoy the budget friendly street food, as well as to shop for souvenirs at a more reasonable rate, I will highly recommend Chatuchak Market. Not only the market has tons of stores with plenty of options of souvenirs at different price point, it has a dedicated night market with a great variety of food options."

"SookSiam completely blew my mind. I’ve lived in Dubai and seen huge malls, but this place is on a different level. It’s not about the size — it’s the experience. They’ve recreated an entire street inside the mall, with floating-market themed shops, street food, crafts, and custom art stalls. Everything is beautifully designed and super clean.
Me and my wife spent almost a whole day there, just walking around and trying different food. The staff and vendors were amazing, and the place feels alive in every corner. Honestly, it’s something you have to see to believe. It was an unforgettable experience."

"Wonderful, clean and delicious Thai food choices! This one is for those who are not so adventurous in terms of eating at random street foods. Prices are definitely higher, but the authenticity is still at par with the local dining experience.
Note: Their "less spice" is still hella spicy! Go for no spice if possible.
Location: LG-G, IconSiam Mall
Choices: Food and Drinks from North, East, South and West Thailand"
