"To get here take the small ferry from Pak Nam market pier. From the landing stage on the otherside walk up to the right and near the Chedi you'll find a bridge onto the island. The fort is abandoned but interesting to see as it represents an important part of the defence of the river mouth during King Rama Vs reign. The military statue at the front of the fort facing the river is of King Rama V's son. Great views of the river & mudflats from here."
