I got a 5-in-1 massage and my partner got a foot massage for 1 hour.

But 2 qualms
1. My masseuse started 5 min after my partner’s masseuse. I was sitting there just looking around and waiting. But she ended at the same time as my partner’s masseuse.
2. The lady working at the front desk on Friday night seemed like she really didn’t want to be there. There was no sense of warmth or hospitality, and she was sort of short and curt with everyone who walked in. We heard a Spanish tourist come by and very respectfully ask if there was availability, and the lady was dismissive and rude about the way she said I only speak English and Thai.
This was in stark contrast to Natural Touch’s mezzanine location where everyone was very professional and welcoming."

One session was particularly disappointing — the masseuse seemed to just be rubbing oil on my body without any real technique or pressure. I requested to change the masseuse, but unfortunately, my concern wasn't addressed at the time.
