Visitors appreciate its clean, well-organized setup, friendly atmosphere, and the beautiful ambiance provided by the nearby illuminated Wat Phumin temple. It's considered a must-visit for experiencing genuine northern Thai culture and cuisine.
"My favorite walking street in Thailand. Most products are locally made by the locals unlike some larger walking streets that sell stuff that is made elsewhere or in a factory. The market is not large but filled with food and local handcraft.
The foods are mostly local northern style dishes and they are cheap and tasty.
The market is clean and well organized with a seating area next to Wat Phumin for visitors to sit and eat properly. There is a public toilet nearby plus the temples next door turn on the light and open for night visits which make the whole experience even better.
I would recommend staying in a nearby hotel and walking to the site instead of bringing the car. But you can park on a nearby street."
