Cons: Gritty sand, lots of trash and way too much glass. I was nervous to walk at night because there was glass all over the place. There's a break of rocks in the water so in some areas you can't swim out too far without risking hitting them, water gets deep suddenly and waves were rough."

"One of the best beaches in the area if not taking into account the beaches on the small islands around. But most of those photogenic small islands are national parks so that you cannot stay there. This beach is large and sandy with a few rocks in water but it's safe for swimming. It's not overcrowded and there are lot of restaurants there that are not too loud so that you can sit on the beach enjoying the sunset while drinking your cocktail and listening to pleasant music from the bars."
