I read some of the reviews and rushed up there to see the sunset and got there way too early. :-D You can drive quite easily up to the black rock with Pa Hindum sign (see pictures, I got there on a small scooter) and then turn to the left up the hill. If you are in a good shape, you can get to the viewpoint in 5 minutes or less."
