"We pass by Gateway Ekkamai many times but have never visited it until recently. Stepping inside this lifestyle shopping mall feels like a trip to Little Japan🇯🇵; a breath of fresh air to the touristy malls. Strong Japanese presence and vibes can be felt here given the distinctive décor style and numerous authentic Japanese cafés, restaurants and retail stores.
Besides the newly-renovated food court on L4, a variety of chill coffee shops, multi-cuisine international restaurants, clothes, beauty & health shops, home improvement and IT stores, supermarkets with edutainment center can be found in this 8-storey complex. In short, it's a shopping-dining-lifestyle experience combo, offering something for everyone!
Gateway Ekkamai is located in thd heart of Bsnhkok on Sukhumvit Road in vibrant and hip Ekkamai, a major business district with office buildings, international school, public & private agencies, and a popular residential location for Thais and expatriates. This mall is easily accessible by private car and well-connected by the Ekkamai BTS Station and Ekkamai Bus Terminal.
An excellent blend of convenience and vibrant city living, this non-touristy, functional mall is sufficient to support the everyday life of Ekkamai community. Think it's possible to leisurely spend half a day here and still not finish browsing thd stores completely. We look forward to dropping in again to explore, dine and chillax👍👏😋"

"Big shopping mall (4 levels) and one big cinema. Tops Supermarket at 4-Level.
Parking (actual at 2025) ฿20 first 3 hours.
But unfortunately a complicated E-Stamp system. Not easy to figure out for foreigners. Made for online payments by Thai-Bank Bank app. Cash payment only at counter located on Level 1 possible."
