"From what I hear this is the 2nd best hotel in the world and I am here to tell you that it earned every bit of this title. The service was immaculate. The food in their hotel restaurant including room service was so delicious and the presentation was so pretty. There are many things to do in the area that's a short Grab (their version on uber) away sobthe location is in a great spot. If you are adventurous, you can take the train to Terminal 21 (mall) as it's walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is on the water and the views plus free access to their river boats to access other shopping areas and activities is right outside the hotel. Hands down if you are ever in Bangkok, visit Four Seasons. You will not be disappointed."

"Had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Bangkok. All the staff were incredibly lovely and helpful from the moment we arrived. They even prepared special birthday amenities, which was such a thoughtful touch.
I tried some Thai dishes from in-room dining and everything was absolutely delicious. The front desk team was very welcoming and always ready to assist.
