"I went last week saturday around 20h00. It was quite busy but you could move around. It has a lot of markets selling Thai food from proper meals like pad thai and stir fried rice, to finger food like spring rolls and pork on a stick. They also sell fruits, some prepared and ready to eat (no fruit salads though). They also had some clothes and bags. The interesting ones were the guys with scorpions where you could take a picture for 10 baht if not buying. Vendors keep stopping you to buy from them, which is to be expected but can get annoying, but just refuse politely.
Prices for food was reasonable and written, so no negotiations needed. They were playing some music but you could talk. There was a bar for drinks where you could sit down and rest and eat your food from other stalls as long as you buy something from them, too. I went for food stalls and the vibe."
