I was immediately welcomed by friendly staff who gave me a quick tour of the studio before preparing me for my class.
The space is gorgeous, CLEAN, and and welcoming. My instructor was Maria, who was so kind throughout, and she managed to balance her time in the class between a complete novice like me and other more experienced ladies.
Do not be fooled, this is a serious workout. Upper body strength, GRIP strength, and even lower body strength are seriously tested, but it was well worth it.
I would highly recommend giving this a try if you're considering. I would return more if I was based in Phuket for sure."

There are various dance classes like hip hop, high heels, stretching, etc throughout the day, with packages and walk in rates. Studio is also equipped with a little cafe downstairs and the lounge so you can rest before and between classes, and a beautiful locker room that is clean and spacious, they even have showers. Facilities are very well equipped for a dance studio!
The team are also lovely there as well and always so helpful. You can see that the owners put a lot of passion into this place!"
