"Never will send my kids here today, we have been bringing our kids to bounce since they first open in sukhumvit 71, held birthday party here but now never again. This guy is yelling at kids, yelled at my 8 year old and very proudly admits when we asked.
"They are not following the rules... having two kids on one trampoline at the same time and no running" so I yelled.
Why not talk to them nicely? You are in the kids business, you need to learn how to handle them.
