Reviews Summary
Bounce Thailand is largely praised for its fun atmosphere, engaging trampoline activities, and friendly staff, making it a hit for families and groups. While the interior is spacious and clean, some concerns have been raised about inconsistent rule enforcement and staff interactions with children, particularly targeting foreigners. Despite this, many visitors find it a great value and a place they'd happily return to.
"The customer service was truly top-notch(Pete) .. everyone was friendly, attentive, and spoke great English, which made ordering and asking questions super easy. My 3 sons had a great & fun time. Thanks again"

"Never will send my kids here today, we have been bringing our kids to bounce since they first open in sukhumvit 71, held birthday party here but now never again. This guy is yelling at kids, yelled at my 8 year old and very proudly admits when we asked.
"They are not following the rules... having two kids on one trampoline at the same time and no running" so I yelled.
Why not talk to them nicely? You are in the kids business, you need to learn how to handle them.
I noticed he would not say anything to Thai kids (let them run around and do anything they want, obviously the othe kids would follow) but target foreigners. Here's a picture of this guy yelling at another poor foreign kid."

While walk-in prices are available, they might be higher than pre-booked online rates. For instance, student walk-in prices are noted around 310 THB, with a two-hour session costing around 410 THB. It's also worth noting that special grip socks are mandatory and need to be purchased, adding to the overall cost. Understanding the Visitor Experience
However, some reviews point out potential issues, particularly regarding staff interactions with children. One reviewer noted an instance where a staff member was perceived as overly strict and targeting foreign children, while seemingly more lenient with local children. This suggests a need for consistent rule enforcement and customer service training across all staff members. Despite this, many families report their children having a fantastic time and expressing a desire to return.
