"the best waterfall I guess. People don’t feel very good about this water cause they just watch out the top and they won’t see anything. But just down towards the rock. The downside you will see the views and the waterfalls. There’s a place to chill and relax. The time I went there is not too much water but with good water. There’s so many water fall.
At the entrance, there’s blind old man and he is so kind. He sang for us about full moon ❤️ so lovely"

"Great place. The upper waterfalls have big rocks and can be slippery when it's raining.

Pay attention: If you want to go to Than Sadet Waterfall, you need to go all the way until you pass the checkpoint and pay the entrance fee. It's 100 for adults, and children do not need to pay."

Rave Galili

The Waterfalls and Their Significance

The park is named after Than Sadet Waterfall, which is a series of cascades rather than a single large drop. The water flows down large granite rocks, creating natural pools that are perfect for a refreshing dip on a warm day. The beauty of these waterfalls lies in their integration with the surrounding jungle, offering a serene and picturesque setting. InstagramReddit

Historically, Than Sadet has been a significant site for Thai royalty. King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) visited the waterfall multiple times in the late 19th century and even carved his initials into one of the rocks, a testament to its natural beauty and importance. This royal connection adds a layer of historical depth to the visitor experience. Instagram

While the water flow can vary depending on the season, the park remains a beautiful destination. Even during drier periods, the rock formations and the lush greenery provide a captivating landscape. The experience of discovering each tier of the waterfall, from the upper cascades to where it meets the sea, is a highlight for many visitors. Reddit
