Here’s the timetable I found at the station. The train was late and I missed the connection for the next train.

"Nice and beautiful little train station in Kanchanaburi. Easy to go towards Bangkok from here. But the main reason to go here is to take the Death Railway heading to Namtok. This scenic route is just amazingly beautiful and might be a top 10 activity to do in all of Thailand. Remember to sit on the left side of the trains driving direction as this is where all the magnificent views are best seen . Tickets can be bought 1 hour before departure"
