What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Aquapark Koh Samui offers a fun day out with its slides and lazy river, particularly enjoyable on quieter weekdays. While the admission price is considered high by many, the clean facilities and helpful staff contribute to a positive experience, especially for families with younger children who can enjoy the dedicated play areas and smaller slides.
"We liked our Sunday in waterpark , it’s not super fancy but it is nice and comfortable, we spent almost all day long from 11 till 17.
Though the price is overpriced it was fun to ride slides"

"We had a great day with our 10 and 8 year old boys. It was clean, staff were good. There was only 2 other families in there so didn't have to queue. Very expensive to get in so feel like they should drop the price and more people would go. We would probably go back again if it wasn't so expensive. We got lunch in there as well. Lazy river was very lazy! (Slow)."

"I took my 2yr old son with his own life jacket we had an absolute blast together. It was his first time on waterslides and we had the park to ourselves with one other family. All the rides were working water clarity was great and the only slide he couldn’t go on was the large ones at the back.
The wave pool wasn’t on but as soon as we asked they put it on for us 🙌
We only went for a couple hours but because we didn’t have to wait in any lines to go on the slide we were both well and truly exhausted by then.
7 of February 2025 is the day we went.
The cost was $100 aud for the both of us to have the whole park to ourselves made it worth the price for sure.
The staff were great, the place was clean, I definitely would go again.
Was 100 baht for a locker.
1250 baht for adults
750 baht for kids taller than 90cm
Free for kids under 90cm
All I can say is don’t let the bad reviews stop you from having a water park to yourself 🥳"

For Different Travelers
Tailored advice for your travel style
👨👩👧 Families with Kids
Visiting on a weekday is highly recommended to avoid crowds, ensuring your kids can enjoy the slides without long waits. The park is clean, and the staff are generally good, contributing to a positive family experience. Be prepared for the admission price, which is on the higher side, but many families find the joy their children experience makes it worthwhile, especially if you plan to stay for a good portion of the day.
💰 Budget Travelers
However, if a waterpark experience is a must, consider visiting on a weekday when the park is less crowded. This can enhance the value by allowing you to maximize your time on the slides. Bringing your own snacks might not be allowed, so factor in the cost of onsite food, which can also add up.

Making the Most of Your Visit
For families, the park is a good option, with areas suitable for younger children. The sandy play area near the bar is a nice touch for toddlers. However, it's crucial for parents to supervise children closely, especially in areas with currents like the lazy river and wave pool. The cost of admission is a recurring point in reviews, with many suggesting it's on the higher side for what's offered, but the experience can be deemed worthwhile if you manage to have the park largely to yourself.
Key takeaway: Plan for a weekday visit to maximize your fun and minimize crowds. Don't hesitate to interact with staff for a better experience, and always prioritize safety, especially with children.
Understanding the Pricing and Value
When considering the value, think about what you're looking for. If you desire a day filled with thrilling slides and minimal waiting, and you can secure a less crowded day, the experience can be very positive. The park is clean, the staff are helpful, and the rides are operational. For families with young children, the availability of smaller slides and a dedicated play area adds to the appeal, even if the overall cost is high.
Consider this: If budget is a primary concern, weigh the cost against the potential for a crowd-free experience. If you're looking for a more budget-friendly water activity, other options on the island might be more suitable.
