"We stayed at Mizingani Hotel during our time in Stone Town and absolutely loved it. The hotel’s architecture, both inside and out, reflects traditional Omani-Arabic design, which we found incredibly beautiful and atmospheric.
One of the highlights for me was the pool, spacious, refreshing, and perfect for both morning and evening swims. Clean beach towels were always readily available, which was a nice touch.
The breakfast was hands down the best we had during our entire stay in Zanzibar. The buffet was generous, offering a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and traditional dishes. Enjoying it on the terrace with a stunning view made it even more special.
What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. On our last day in Zanzibar, even though we weren’t staying at the hotel, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage there, which we really appreciated.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Stone Town!"

"Super convenient location especially if you’re traveling via the ferry, walking distance. The food was amazing and the breakfast spread was massive. Beautiful view of the water and dhows. The room smelled a bit musty and it was super annoying opening the door but for the right situation I’d still recommend it."
