The deck is spacious with ample room for you to find a comfortable spot. There are benches available, but during peak times, it might be necessary to stand or sit on the ground. To secure a good viewing spot, aim to arrive at the deck at least 30 minutes before the expected sunrise time. This also allows you to enjoy the pre-dawn colors and ambiance."

"Good place for sunrise and stargazing. There will be stargazing tours provided at the tourist centre located at the Ali Mountain Train Station for the Stargazing. (Make sure you choose a correct date since the moon can really screw over the stargazing)
As for the sunrise, you can take the first train from the stations located in the area to go watch the sunrise in the morning. However, for some reason, the sun always seemed to be blocked by the clouds eternally collected around the mountains the deck is facing (At least for the days I went to attempt to see the sunrise)."
