What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Wulai offers a mixed bag of experiences. Many praise the natural beauty, the soothing hot springs with river views, and the unique indigenous culture. However, some visitors find the Old Street a bit dated and commercialized, and certain accommodations can be disappointing regarding upkeep and service.
"Overall a decent experience for the price paid. Walked in for a 2 hour hot spring experience with a room and bed. Shower head was great. Tea and cookie served after the hot springs was nice."
Benita Lee
"The room was old and out dated, I mean for the money it is not worth the price!!!!
The only thing that is close to the old town walking distance!
Hotel room, not a single hook for the tower, screen door is broken, toilet is dirty, and the smell of some one smoking in the hallway or in their bedroom? Not acceptable!!!!
Ask the receptionist for the smoking issue he doesn’t know? And he doesn’t even care to check!!!!
No parking!!!!!!!!!!
Oh well I also think the rooms are rent by the hour so we are not able to check in after 6-7 pm!!!!!
I would not recommend it to anyone !
The pictures is definitely not the same when you check in……"
