They’re separated into two parts; the ground floor waiting area complete with charging at the seats and the downstairs where you get ready to board, also with seating.
I find the international terminal to be heavily focused on duty free and luxury shopping, which makes it tough to actually be convenient. When I have a layover here or am departing back home, I’m not interested in buying souvenirs or luxury goods. I’m trying to be comfortable for my flight ahead…
Find things I need like cough drops or headache medicine, dried fruits and nuts, healthy snacks, mints or gum, magazines to read, etc. I would die for a 7-Eleven of Family Mart that I can actually get to from inside Termjnal 2.

There’s a play area for children, reclining chairs for transfer passengers, and plenty of delicious food and drink options. As expected from the home base of EVA Air—one of Asia’s top-quality airlines. If I get the chance, I’ll definitely fly with EVA Air again to visit Taipei Airport once more."
