The important thing is this place is super close to Taipei city you can get there easily by car, so you don't have to go somewhere far. Here I will describe the experience I had well snorkeling here . 👇👇👇👇
You can see tons of sea creatures here such as 👇

By the way 龍洞灣海洋公園 ( Longdong Bay Ocean Park) is very safe there are lots of well trained lifeguards and coaches. If you want to snorkel at deeper parts of the ocean ( outside the park) you need to sign up for a class (about USD$30 ) a coach will you help you and make sure that you are safe during the class.
When you are snorkeling you can expect lots and lots fish and sea creatures . there's evena small trench in the bay, the water there is about 2 floors high, but its perfectly safe , the coach will make sure you return safely and happily 😎
P.S People often think of Taipei as just a foodie city or a place for night markets, but Longdong Bay shows a completely different side of Taiwan — one filled with nature, biodiversity, and a deep respect for the ocean!!! 👍👍👍👍👍🤩"

"Pretty cool ocean rock side pool and swim area. Great for swimmers of all ages. Really great for kids. Pretty safe and with life guards on duty
The only bad part is the showers are kinda weird and lame. You have to remember to bring money into the shower so you can use it.
The food snack area is pretty weak too so bring your own snacks and drinks"

"It’s a good swimming spot for kids, but everything needs a fee. In addition to entrance fee which cost more than 500 NTD per car, parking? 50. Using a table? 250. Using warm shower? 30 for 3mins. Hair dryer? 20 for 2mins. And unfortunately the kids pool is not even available."
