With the park, this is a beautiful place to spend an hour or 2 to commune with nature while having a chance to immerse oneself in part of Tainan history. Mature bamboos and leafy trees, water fountains and quiet ponds with aesthetically pleasing bridges."

"Surprisingly, not many visitors at this shrine in memory of 鄭成功. Nevertheless, saw a coach of Japanese tourists led by a guide explaining the history. He’s the only Chinese which the Imperial Japanese government approved to build a shrine for, and he’s probably still being respected by some older Japanese people."

"I enjoyed this shrine that is located in a nice city park that also houses the Tainan City Museum. Admission’s free and you can enter the shrine from different directions from the park. I find the shrine peaceful and I enjoyed looking at the shadows of trees casted on the red walls of the museum."
