"A Taichung local introduced me to this place. It's such a nice place to hangout and take a leisure walk with your friends and family. There are so many good eateries near this area, so you can also grab a meal together and relax. The michelin star ice cream place "MINIMAL" is near this place.
This area is apparently called "Qinmei 勤美" and locals love this place. This walkway stretches all the way from the National Museum of Natural Science to the Taichung Civic Square.
During weekends, there are lots of pop-up stores and local vendors selling various things from snacks to cute handmade things. Also, busking and other public outdoor activities are enjoyed here. I took a late-night walk here along with my friend, after a rainy day and the mood was so great :)"
