"Wonderful venue to watch Whirling Dervish Sema. On a Saturday at 7pm it's 300 TL per ticket. About an hour and half performance. Good facilities and craft shops . Sit opposite to the sheepskin rugs for best view."

"Beautiful cultural center in Konya built in modern style. There is a cafeteria and a small shopping market for handmade konyan memories. The huge hall where they perform the Sama every Saturday at 7pm fits about 3.000 people. I didn't have to pay anything to attend it despite the other comments below. The ceremony does seem to be fit for tourists but still worth it. The problem are the tourists themselves, very disrespectful, talking and laughing during the whole time, cellphones ringing, flahes from photos all the time. Very disrespectful. Try to sit far from big groups of tourists."

"Every Saturday at 7pm SEMA performance, now it costs 250TL each for the ticket.
We came here to see the whirling dervishes perform. This was amazing value. The whirling dervishes performed for about an hour and were accompanied by live musicians singing and praying. There were about 40 dervishes which creates a stunning scene when they were all whirling simultaneously. You do have to have a lot of patience, though, as it takes a long time to commence and finish the performance as there are several very long silent and spoken/sung rituals included. We were surprised to see children also are among the dervishes. Flash- free photography and film is permitted."
