"The best part was that there was a huge prayer room, but I wish it was swept at least once a week. The cleaning ladies were very attentive and did their job well. The receptionists were also attentive, but it was difficult to find someone at the hotel. The staff was attentive, but I think it would be more efficient if there were two staff members, especially at the reception and at the pool entrance, instead of just one. When one person leaves, the other stays. We stayed in a 2-bedroom guesthouse. We weren't informed of the pool renovations before our stay, which was a surprise. The men's and women's pools had been moved, but no one had thought to write "female" on an A4 piece of paper instead of "male." My father accidentally wrote "male" so he went in and had to see the women in the pool. Similarly, while we were inside the Turkish bath, we heard male voices. It was extremely disturbing, and we were always worried. The pools were very poorly maintained and dirty. I would like the pools cleaned immediately. I will not come back and definitely will not swim in that pool. Unfortunately, it is not a place I would recommend. In fact, the hotel is very nice. If the pools and the beds in the rooms were maintained and renewed, it could be a hotel that everyone would want to go to."
