"It was a great experience at this hotel in Fethiye the staff are amazing They speak English and so respectful they care about guests, give advices and provide all required support. A wonderful view with perfect location and breakfast was so delicious! The only one point they need to focus on more is the cleanliness and to update the photos of the renovated rooms such as the Jacuzzi tub transformation and other touches. It also got a great price so Highly recommend!"

"We had a fantastic stay here at Harbour Fethiye Hotel. The staff were all so nice and always very welcoming. The lady at reception was super helpful, suggesting a wonderful restaurant and places to visit and the best way to get there. The hotel was very clean and rooms very spacious, with an amazing view over the harbour. The breakfast was delicious, very generous portions and such a nice start to the day. It does get a bit noisy in the front room at night due to being close to the road, but was fine as the evening went on. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will be back again."

A Glimpse into Fethiye's History: Rock Tombs and Ancient Sites
Beyond the rock tombs, Fethiye is built on the site of the ancient city of Telmessos. While much of the ancient city is now integrated into the modern town, remnants of a Roman Theatre can still be found near the harbor. Exploring these historical sites provides a deeper understanding of the region's past, from its Lycian origins to its Roman and Ottoman periods.
For history enthusiasts, dedicating time to explore these ancient sites is highly recommended. Wear comfortable shoes for the climb to the tombs and bring water, especially during warmer months. The historical context adds another layer of appreciation to the beauty of Fethiye.
