The Dalyan Saturday Market is a vibrant and popular spot for fresh produce and local crafts, with many visitors enjoying the lively atmosphere and delicious gozleme. "Enjoyed this market. Only on Saturdays- 10 minute walk from the centre but we had to get a taxi back as the heat was oppressive. Some freshly cooked pancakes. Free donoughts and a nice chap giving away watermelon slices. We bargained - knocking off about 1/4 of the price. Don't fall for the "first customer" special deal. Nought a fake LV handbag starting 1200 down to 800 only to see it for 500 in a shop."

Liza Tong

"Fresh fruits and vegetables, at a very good price. Great gozleme! They say it's pancakes, but they seem more like a pie. Too bad it's open only on saturday's..."

Radu Dehelean

"Much better now it has a permanent roof over it. Much cooler, but still blooming hot!
Be prepared for the mither. Every stall will try to get you to bully from them except the fruit and veg. They all start stupid high prices and WILL COME down, but you've got to be prepared to haggle AND walk away if the price isn't what you want. Also make sure they put the item they've showed you in the bag, they might attempt a switch when putting it in a bag and sealing it... market as per title is only on a Saturday. Tends to close down about 5pm turkish time. Check the quality as it can differ from 1 stall to the next, they are not all selling the same stuff even though on the surface it can look that way."
