What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
At Yaylası Abant is widely praised for its stunning natural beauty, offering a serene escape with vast green meadows and fresh mountain air. Visitors love the opportunity to see wild horses and enjoy peaceful picnics and camping. However, a significant drawback is the litter left behind by some, detracting from its pristine appeal, and the challenging unpaved road leading to the plateau can be an issue for some vehicles.
"A beautiful plateau 12 km from Bolu. If you're lucky, you might see horses and jackals coming down after dark. The air is very cool and clean, but unfortunately, picnickers know how to carry food but not their garbage. It's a great place to stay with a caravan, but it's not possible in the summer. The road is paved; the only road that enters the plateau after the village is dirt, but it's smooth."

"This plateau, nestled on one of Bolu's famous mountains, stands like a painting, adorned with a thousand shades of green, and is the perfect escape from the city. Breathing in the fresh air makes you feel reborn. The scenery is truly breathtaking. Vast meadows, surrounding forests, and a pristine sky... You'll want to just sit and gaze at this beauty for hours.
Whether you're planning your own picnic or taking a long walk, you'll find a different kind of peace in every corner. This isn't the artificial tranquility offered by luxury hotels and crowded restaurants, but a truly natural and genuine serenity.
In conclusion, At Yaylası is the perfect place to soothe your soul, embrace nature, and take a short break from the hustle and bustle of life. It absolutely deserves a perfect 5. Everyone who travels to Bolu should visit and experience its breathtaking atmosphere."

"The plateau proves that Bolu is the capital and heart of nature. The air, atmosphere, and nature are incredibly satisfying and beautiful for relaxing and getting away from the city. However, I don't understand why our people leave their garbage, their children's diapers, and the equipment they use for camping or barbecuing, all filthy, behind. Our country is a paradise, our people are ignorant... Animals leave their mark on nature, not their trash!"
