"Recently visited Aqua Fantasy aquapark. On entering the park, bags are x rayed, which was a first for a theme park. I'm not sure what they were looking for, but we entered with no issues. Really liked the lockers obtained by paying a small fee and deposit to get a hotel like room keycard coded for your particular locker. Easy, efficient, no more keys attached to wrist bands.
The site is really quite large, and I must confess to getting a little lost when first wandering around. There were ample sun loungers and parasols, but for the best locations, it's first come, first served! There are a wide variety of rides from the mundane (lazy river) to bone jarring and nerve testing (Viper). Note: some of the rides can only be used with inflatables ( ie rings or double or triple versions) and there are a couple where only double rings are permitted (safety I guess) but there should be something for everyone. A good number of lifeguards were on duty at key locations.
There are various places to buy drinks, ice cream and food; burgers, chips, pides (stuffed pitta bread) etc, not the cheapest food in the world but pretty tasty. There is an on-site DJ banging out a mix of dance, pop and Turkisk tracks adding to the atmosphere.
There are other aquaparks in the area I would happily visit here again!"

"We booked this hotel because we saw all the amazing big water slides online and thought it would be great fun for the kids. Unfortunately, we visited between April and May, and the big slides weren’t open yet, they only open sometime in May. That was disappointing, especially for our older son who had really been looking forward to them.
On the website, it said that “some facilities might not be open,” but we feel this should have been communicated more clearly, especially which specific things would be closed. It would have helped us manage expectations better. Also, the water in the pools was very cold during this time, which made swimming less enjoyable.On a more positive note, the entertainment team made a big difference in our stay. We were especially impressed by Yasha and Yesna, who gave so much attention and joy to our daughter. She had the best time and truly felt seen and included. They brought such positive energy and made her feel so special, which made us feel really welcomed too. There were more great staff members, but Yasha and Yesna really stood out for us.
Overall, we had a nice stay, but it would have been better with clearer information about what was and wasn’t open. Still, the friendly staff and fun atmosphere made up for a lot."
