Work very hard eftal berk and baris are just brilliant! The entertainment team I can’t fault them! Kubra Mert burcino and berke have entertained my kids and kept them bizzy 💗 we absolutely adore you!! Then the bar staff….musa hasan and the other girls a lads thank you for always keeping me hydrated 🤣 the dj ergin you do an amazing job!! Beach party what a night 🤣 Knows how to get the party going 🤣 entertainment round the pool eren you are special ❤️ there wasn’t a day where any of them didn’t come and sit with us for a chat an laugh 🤣 the lads in the shop deserve recognition too they always greeted you with a smile and very helpful! "This hotel was brilliant and extremely professional and thoughtful in every aspect. They had thought about every little detail that a guest may need. This is our 2nd year visiting and we noticed some improvements they’ve made. Only important they let you around 12/3 pm to book your room( 50 euros to book your room immediately upon arrival) still they were extremely helpful and let us have breakfast, coffees, drink and lunch while we waited to book our room.
Overall I had an amazing experience in this hotel for our family vacation. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, welcoming and overall very warm towards the guests. I strongly recommend"

"A huge thank you to the service and also to the entertainment team. If I could I would give you 15 out of 10 stars. We were there for the second year in a row and unfortunately the food at the buffet has gone down a lot. The grill stations are good but I missed the really authentic Turkish food. Despite that the complex is very well maintained and everyone is always helpful. And I would also like to say that the entertainment team puts so much heart into it and that should definitely be mentioned again. Also to the two DJs you do a fantastic job! We won't see each other again next year but definitely again sometime :) Thanks for the lovely holiday."
