"I recently went to an event at the Izmir Historical Gas Factory organized by the Monkey Project, and it was amazing! This place is known for hosting some of the best festivals and parties in Turkey, and they didn't disappoint. We got to see WhoMadeWho, Denis Horvath, and Desiree perform, and the vibe was just incredible.
The gas factory's open-air setup was perfect. There was plenty of room to dance and enjoy the music, and they had some great food vendors like a burger stand and a hotdog stand.
What's cool about this spot is its location. It's between the Bornova district with all its skyscrapers on one side and industrial buildings and a port on the other. It really adds to the whole historical and evolving feel of the area.
Overall, the Izmir Historical Gas Factory was an awesome place for the event. I can't wait to go to more parties here!"

"A nice and less known place for most people coming to visit Alsancak. I had the chance to be in an open air concert. The place is amazing and well maintained, it has a parking lot inside. The entrance is next to a bus station (side by side). For people taking other transportation methods, the Tramway and metro (izban) are close also (around 2 min walk)."
