At 6:30 pm the entire terrace was completely empty, yet the staff flat-out refused to serve a simple drink because they claimed the restaurant would be full in half an hour. Not only were they extremely unpleasant in their manner, but this kind of attitude shows absolutely no understanding of hospitality or business. Any establishment with the slightest idea of customer service knows that welcoming guests for a drink is how you build goodwill and future business. Here, it seems the opposite applies. A real shame for such a well-located place — they clearly need to learn what customer service actually mean"
