"We enjoyed six wonderful days at the Fairmont Montreux Palace with the most excellent service from #1 ... housekeeping, #2 ... breakfast staff, #3 ... front desk, #4 ... Jazz Club staff, #5 ... concierge staff. Each of these departments made our stay special. The breakfast food was excellent, and I miss having a special omelet each morning. We enjoyed the food and cocktails at the Montreux Jazz Cafe. We were only disappointed that the Jazz Club was closed during our time there. The hotel's location is perfectly central to explore all of Montreux and enjoy the beautiful views. A truly memorable experience for our family!"

"Sunday brunch is simply the best! We’ve been going regularly for quite some time and never have been disappointed! There is a new theme every week, and offers plenty of choices. Quality of the dishes is top notch. There are different beautifully decorated rooms/areas to sit where you can enjoy your food while listening to live piano. There is also a kids corner supervised by a professional (age 3 to 12)."
