What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the Pinut Via Ferrata's unique experience and stunning views, calling it a highly recommended and thrilling route. While technically easy, the steep ascents and descents require good stamina, and the limited parking in Fidaz is a common point of caution. Overall, it's praised for its well-maintained path and rewarding panoramas.
"Quite fun! If you’re experienced you can do it in around 3 hours round trip, we took 3:10 hours car-to-car, including taking photos and walking down (not taking the cable car). Nothing difficult, but it’s really unique! If you’re short on time, just do the first half and then go back down the via ferrata once you reach the forest, the upper half’s are less interesting but the first half is unique and worth it!"

"Great via ferrata. Highly recommend.
Parking in 46.841564, 9.311814 in a village Fidaz, limited parking spots (around 10), 2CHF per hour (4,5hrs to pay is enough), via ferrata starts right next to it. The ferrata itself is quite easy with amazing views! Also, it’s a lot of walking steep up which we didn’t really expect. It takes around 2hrs up, it’s on south side which means it’s sunny during mid-day. Three parts with walking in between so plenty of places to relax or have a snack.
The via ferrata ends at 46°50.93348, 9°18.18618 from where you need to walk all the way down which takes around 2,5hrs. On the top hike in a direction of Bargis and then Fidaz directly to your parking spot. Take enough water with you because during the day there is no shadow.
Enjoy!"

"After initial worries, we all made it to the top, the via ferrata Is very safe and perfectly well kept. It's recommended to go the way up then come down with the scala mola that ends at Bargis. Equipment can be rent at sport beat and costs 30 chf for the full equipment/day. Gloves are not necessary. There is also a little house at the arrival of the cable car that sells soft drinks, cheese and other small things. Would definitely recommend when in Flims!"
