Reviews Summary
Visitors generally praise Eau-là-là Davos for its family-friendly atmosphere, variety of pools, and excellent value. The outdoor heated pool and thrilling slide are consistent highlights. However, some guests have had disappointing experiences with the wellness center's strict nudity policy and lack of clear communication regarding it.
"Not crowded at all very nice. A slide and a lot of pools. Outside there are some fun activities. During the winter u can go in the hot pool outside"
Charles
"Disappointing experience at the wellness centre. We paid 30 CHF each for entry, only to be kicked out because we weren’t naked—something that was never mentioned when we purchased our tickets. The staff failed to inform us of this policy, and when we were asked to leave, there was no apology or refund offered. Poor communication and customer service. Would not recommend."

"Totally worth the visit. Has all that a swimming pool should do, and more- the kids (ages 5&8) absolutely loved it, especially the slide and the variety if pools and toys to choose from. The temperature of water is just perfect, with the little kids and outdoor pool being comfortably warm and the sports pool great for swimming. Clean enough, easy to navigate. The lady at the reception this morning was absolutely amazing, empathic, kind and uncomplicated.
For the price it's an absolute bargain and a great option for kids when skiing is not an option.
The atmosphere is very relaxed, the music is not too loud and nicely chosen for a background of a rather busy and noisy place.
The improvements I'd suggest is greater supervision - the Bademeistern were hovering around but paid insufficient attention to the outside pool, where a group of schoolkids were throwing snowballs into the lovely outside pool, one of them hitting my daughter in the face.
Other than this situation, we had a great experience and will be back soon."
