What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Bisse de Clavau for its magnificent panoramic views of Sion, its castles, and the surrounding vineyards. The easy nature of the hike makes it accessible, though some note that certain sections require a good sense of balance. "We really enjoyed to take a walk on the trail. Especially in end of September , you can see some different types of the grape on the tree or harvested."

"The day before yesterday, as the weather was not too bad, and I had often heard about the Bisse de Clavau and had been assured that it was a walk within my reach (through the vineyards), I went there by post bus to Grimisuat.
After a good few minutes of walking, I arrived there. I hadn't been lied to. The panorama is magnificent, even if, that day, there was a little lack of sun.
If you want to make the return trip the right way (direction Sion) in less than an hour, it's best not to have vertigo or balance problems. If so, go the other way, even if it takes twice as long. That's what I had to do.
However, despite everything, I would really like to go back there, next spring why not?
Go for it ! In good weather, it's splendid, you won't regret the trip."
