Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise Stockholm City Hall for its stunning architecture and the breathtaking views from its tower. The guided tours are informative, offering insights into the Nobel Prize ceremonies held within. Some find the mandatory tour structure limiting, and booking tickets in advance is essential to avoid disappointment.

"Although pretty young, only around a century old, Stockholm City Hall is one of the greatest capital's attractions. It's located in the very city center, close to Central station.
Have in mind you cannot visit it on your own (except the grounds around it, which are free), so I suggest buying your tickets online. You can buy them only 7 days in advance so look for your date in order not to miss.
The City Hall tour lasts slightly less than an hour and is very informative and nice to see. Highlights include the Assembly room, the Blue Hall and Gold Hall in which the Nobel banquet takes place annually.
I strongly advise also the Tower visit which requires a separate ticket also bookable online. As it's in the very center it offers the absolute best views of Stockholm, much better than Sky View at Avicii Arena which is far south"

Dejan Braki

"The guided tours start every hour. The tours are very detailed but it also means that is takes a lot of time (around an hour). The tours are 150 kr per person. It is a nice place to visit but you cannot enter inside without the tour so be ware."

Su

"Book the tickets online early and select the time lot for your convenience. 45 minutes guided tour. It’s highlighted point of our day trip."
